Return Policy

Satisfaction Guaranteed!
Please contact our store to arrange any product returns, Kitchen Co. will also pay the shipping charges for your return shipment. Your credit card will be refunded once our store receives the merchandise.

If you received damaged or defective merchandise, you must call us at 800-437-2823 or email us at info@kitchenco.net within 4 days of receipt of your merchandise in order to be eligible for refund or credit.
