Extremely durable the Epicurean line of cutting boards were created from TrueRide Inc., a company that made skate board parks. By luck they figured a way to reduce senseless waste using scrap material to make state of the art cutting surfaces.

Epicurean Cutting boards are so durable they will not split or crack and they can be washed in the dishwasher if they can fit. After a few uses the boards will darken and the color will shine. After using the cutting board and dishwashing you might want to wipe with mineral oil to hide some of the knife scoring, other than that you will have a phenomenal board that will last for years.
